ServSafe Food Handler California Online Course & Assessment

ServSafe certification is a food safety training program that educates food service industry workers and other food handlers on the best practices for maintaining a safe and sanitary food environment. It’s important for people handling food with the community to be knowledgeable about safe food handling so that they can do their best to keep the public safe and healthy.

The ServSafe Food Handler certification course and examination covers topics like proper hygiene, time and temperature control, best practices for handling, storing, preparing, and serving food, and identifying potential foodborne pathogens. It’s widely considered the gold standard for safe food handling training in the industry and most states require a ServSafe certification training to work in the industry.
