Expanding Free School Meal Opportunities

Congratulations to the San Rafael City School District for increasing the district’s direct certifications! Due to dual enrollment activities, all students at all four elementary schools are eligible for free breakfast and lunch. This decreases the number of missing meals in Marin by approximately 28,000 meals per school year. This has been updated on our Livestories link. Please note this is dashboard is a work in progress and will be updated to align with each strategy within the workplan.

New Marketing Materials Available

The outreach team has developed new marketing materials with a small grant from EatFresh. These materials are available at our partner organizations, social services offices, general outreach events, and at our weekly enrollment sites at Canal Alliance and Marin City Health & Wellness Center.
